Independent home environment surveys

Every home has an invisible environment. We measure yours.

One visit. Radio spectrum, magnetic fields, thermal, air quality, noise and daylight — all registered to a 3D model of your home and delivered as a single interactive report, with clear recommendations and nothing for sale at the end of it.

    We measure, we don't sell

No shielding, no filters, no remediation contracts, no referral commission. Our only product is the survey, which is the only way the findings can be trusted.

  • 02

    Everything in one visit

Radio, magnetic, thermal, air, acoustic and daylight in a single survey, registered to one model. The layers interact, and reading them together is where the useful answers come from.

  • 03

    Findings you can act on

Every result ends in a ranked recommendation with effort and cost attached — including the ones that cost nothing, and the ones we tell you not to bother with.

What your report contains

Nine layers, one survey

Each layer answers a different question about the same house. Measured together, in one visit, they explain things none of them can explain alone.

The platform

Your report isn't a PDF full of numbers

Every reading is tagged to a position in the 3D model, so the report becomes a plan you can switch layers on and off. Try it — this is a real demonstration survey.

The router in the living room dominates the whole plan. Moving it 3 m and switching the desktop to ethernet drops the living-room figure by roughly 70% at no cost.

How it works

From first call to walkthrough in about two weeks

  1. 01

    Scoping call

    20 minutes, free

We talk through the property and what is prompting the survey — a symptom, a purchase, a renovation, or plain curiosity. You get an honest answer about whether a survey will help, including when it will not.

  2. 02

    On-site survey

    3–6 hours on site

One surveyor, one visit. We scan the property, run the spectrum, field, thermal, acoustic and light measurements room by room, and place air quality loggers in the rooms that matter.

  3. 03

    Logging window

    24–72 hours

Air quality and noise loggers stay in place through a full day-and-night cycle so we capture how the home behaves when you are cooking, sleeping and away — not just during our visit.

  4. 04

    Analysis and review

    5–7 working days

We register every reading to the 3D model, build the layer maps, and write the findings. A second surveyor reviews the recommendations before anything is sent.

  5. 05

    Report and walkthrough

    45-minute call

You get the interactive report, a PDF summary, and a call where we walk the model with you. The report stays live in your account, and you can re-open it any time.

Who books a survey

Six reasons people call us, and one report that serves them all

Most clients arrive worried about one specific thing. The survey is designed so that the answer to that question arrives alongside everything else worth knowing about the building.

  • Indoor air quality

Families with asthma or allergies who want to see the particulate and CO₂ picture over a real day rather than guess at it.

  • Energy efficiency

Owners planning insulation, glazing or heat pump work who want the thermal evidence before they spend, and a baseline to measure against after.

  • Home offices

People spending eight hours a day in a room that was never designed for it — daylight, glare, acoustics, ventilation and connectivity in one pass.

  • Nurseries and children's rooms

Parents choosing where the cot goes, and wanting a considered answer about sleep environment, air, noise, light and fields.

  • RF exposure

Clients specifically concerned about radio-frequency exposure, who get the full spectrum data, source attribution and falloff measurements they came for.

  • Buying, renting or renovating

An independent survey of a property you are about to commit to, or a before-and-after record around a renovation.

Pricing

Fixed prices, published up front

No survey starts without an agreed price, and the price does not change because of what we find.

  • Essentials

    $690

    typical 1–2 bedroom home

The core environmental picture, for a flat or a smaller house.

  • Full Survey

    Most booked

    $1,290

    typical 3–4 bedroom home

Every layer, every room. This is the survey the report was designed around.

  • Extended

    From $2,400

    large, complex or multi-unit properties

For larger homes, unusual buildings, or when you need a defensible record.

Questions

Before you book

Anything not covered here, just ask. We would rather talk you out of a survey than sell you one you do not need.

Do you sell shielding, filters or remediation work?

No. We sell surveys and reports, and nothing else. We hold no product lines, take no referral commission, and have no financial interest in what you decide to do afterwards. If the right answer is that your home is fine and you should spend nothing, that is what the report will say.

Is this an RF service or an air quality service?

Both, and more. We measure the full environmental picture in one visit because the layers interact — the room that runs cold is often the room with the condensation risk, and the quietest room for RF may be the darkest one. Clients come to us for one layer and usually find the value somewhere they were not looking.

Will you tell me a level is dangerous?

We report measured values against published reference limits and guidance, and we are clear about what those limits do and do not represent. We do not make medical claims, and we will not tell you a number means something it does not. Where the science is contested, we say so and give you the data.

How long does the visit take, and do I need to be there?

Three to six hours on site depending on property size. Someone needs to let us in and be available at the start so we can talk through your concerns, but you do not have to stay for the whole visit. Loggers are collected on a short second visit or returned by post.

Do I have to empty the house or turn things off?

No — quite the opposite. We measure your home as you actually live in it, then selectively switch things off to isolate sources. A home surveyed in an artificial state produces a report about a home nobody lives in.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your survey data is yours, it is not sold or shared, and you can export or delete it at any time. We keep an encrypted copy so your report stays live in your account, and we will remove it on request.

Can you re-survey after I make changes?

Yes, and it is the most useful thing we do. A follow-up survey runs against your existing model and produces a direct before-and-after comparison, so you can see whether the money you spent actually moved the numbers. Follow-ups are discounted.

What if you find nothing?

That is a legitimate and fairly common outcome, and you still get the full report. Knowing your home is in good shape — with the measurements to back it up — is worth having, especially before you spend money on a problem you were told you had.

Find out what your home is actually doing.

Start with a free 20-minute scoping call. We will tell you honestly whether a survey will help — including when it will not.
