What we collect, and what we do with it

Inquiries

When you send the inquiry form we receive your name, email address, and any phone number, location, property details and message you choose to include. We use these only to reply to you and to arrange a survey. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share inquiry details with anyone.

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months.

Survey data

A survey generates, among other things:

• A 3D scan and floor plan of the interior of your home
• Photographs and thermal images of rooms and building fabric
• Measurement records for radio-frequency, magnetic, thermal, air quality, acoustic and daylight readings
• Time-series logs from sensors left in place for 24 to 72 hours
• Notes made by the surveyor during the visit

This data belongs to you. We hold it so that your report stays live in your account and so that a future re-survey can be compared against it. It is stored encrypted at rest, access is limited to the surveyors working on your report, and it is never sold, licensed or shared with third parties.

Use as an example

We never use a client survey as a public example, a case study or a sample report without separate written permission from you. Anything shown on this website is demonstration data from a property we control.

Sharing

You can generate a read-only share link for a contractor, architect, landlord or surveyor. Those links are yours to create and revoke. We never share your report with anyone on your behalf.

Retention and deletion

Survey data is kept for as long as you have an account with us, so that you can re-open your report. You can export everything or request permanent deletion at any time by emailing hello@xignalpro.com. We will confirm in writing once deletion is complete, normally within 30 days. We may keep basic transaction records where the law requires it.

Processors

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the business — website hosting, website analytics, email delivery, encrypted file storage and payments. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and handles data only on our instructions. A current list is available on request.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) holding a randomly generated identifier, so we can tell a returning visitor from a new one. We read it only in aggregate, and we never use it to identify you or to connect your browsing to an inquiry you send us.

We run no advertising, remarketing or conversion tags, and we keep Google Signals and ads personalization switched off, so your visit is not used to build a cross-site advertising profile. Google processes this data as our provider and truncates visitor IP addresses.

Blocking it changes nothing. Browser tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Google’s own opt-out add-on will all stop the analytics, and every part of this site works exactly the same either way.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to hello@xignalpro.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
