Questions

Pricing and practicalities

Do you sell shielding, filters or remediation work?

No. We sell surveys and reports, and nothing else. We hold no product lines, take no referral commission, and have no financial interest in what you decide to do afterwards. If the right answer is that your home is fine and you should spend nothing, that is what the report will say.

Is this an RF service or an air quality service?

Both, and more. We measure the full environmental picture in one visit because the layers interact — the room that runs cold is often the room with the condensation risk, and the quietest room for RF may be the darkest one. Clients come to us for one layer and usually find the value somewhere they were not looking.

Will you tell me a level is dangerous?

We report measured values against published reference limits and guidance, and we are clear about what those limits do and do not represent. We do not make medical claims, and we will not tell you a number means something it does not. Where the science is contested, we say so and give you the data.

How long does the visit take, and do I need to be there?

Three to six hours on site depending on property size. Someone needs to let us in and be available at the start so we can talk through your concerns, but you do not have to stay for the whole visit. Loggers are collected on a short second visit or returned by post.

Do I have to empty the house or turn things off?

No — quite the opposite. We measure your home as you actually live in it, then selectively switch things off to isolate sources. A home surveyed in an artificial state produces a report about a home nobody lives in.

Not sure which package you need?

Tell us about the property on a twenty-minute call and we will recommend one — including the cheaper one, when that is the right answer.
